Our organic mushroom Defense Blend with Zinc is designed to:

The mushrooms within all our Blends (Focus, Defense & Balance) are grown on organic substrate from Germany on a family farm in the province of North Brabant in the Netherlands.

The mushrooms (White Button) we use as a source of Vitamin D2 are organically grown in the Netherlands and Ireland.

The mushroom in our all Blends (Focus, Defense & Balance) are hot-water extracted for maximum bioavailability.

Our Vitamin D2 mushrooms are not extracted as this process is not a necessary step in creating bioavailability, or to increase Vitamin D levels which is done using UV-B light which naturally occurs in sunlight.
